Baburaj is the founder of the RajaVidyalaya YouTube channel and runs RajaVidyalaya Digital, a YouTube Channel management company based in Madurai. His company supports creators, business owners, entrepreneurs, and freelancers by handling everything needed to grow a YouTube channel — from video ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and thumbnails, to SEO and full channel growth strategy.For the past two years, Baburaj has been offering private one-on-one coaching to people who are serious about building their brand and income through YouTube. In 2024, he was awarded the title of Tamil Nadu’s Best YouTube Business Coach, and his work was featured in the Dinamalar newspaper on June 1, 2025 — a proud moment for the Tamil creator community.Baburaj believes in not coaching everyone. He chooses to work with only a small number of creators each year so he can give them full attention, build a close working relationship, and help them grow faster with better results.He coaches only 25 channels per year, which allows him to go deep with each one — focusing fully on their growth, without distractions.
